Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Wings to Transformation, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us, register for an event or webinar, request a resource, or engage with our coaching services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number, when provided

  • Professional or career information you choose to share

  • Information submitted through contact forms, intake forms, event or webinar registration forms, surveys, or questionnaires

  • Information you provide when scheduling a call, purchasing a service, or communicating with us

When you visit our website, certain technical information may also be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and information about how you interact with our website.

We may also use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality and understand how visitors use our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions, inquiries, or requests

  • Provide coaching services, programs, resources, or other services you have requested or purchased

  • Schedule and administer coaching sessions, consultations, or other appointments

  • Register you for and communicate with you about events and webinars, including confirmations, reminders, relevant resources, replays, and event related follow up

  • Process payments and maintain appropriate business and client records

  • Operate, maintain, understand, and improve our website, services, and client experience

  • Send information about Wings to Transformation coaching services, programs, resources, events, or updates when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted by applicable law

  • Protect our business and legal rights and comply with applicable legal requirements

Registering for an event or requesting a resource does not automatically mean that you have consented to receive unrelated ongoing marketing communications where separate consent is required.

3. How We Share Your Information

Wings to Transformation does not sell or rent your personal information.

We may use trusted third party tools and platforms to help us operate our business and provide the services and communications you request. These may include platforms for:

  • Video conferencing, such as Zoom

  • Email communication

  • Scheduling and calendar management

  • Customer relationship management

  • Website hosting and technology

  • Payment processing

  • Forms and event registration

  • Analytics and website performance

  • File storage and business administration

These providers may receive or process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful legal request, protect our rights or property, or prevent fraud or misuse.

This is much more transparent than the current template language that says you may disclose information to debt collectors, competition sponsors, direct marketers, and unspecified third parties. It also reflects how third party platforms actually work: information processed through them can also be subject to the provider's own privacy practices.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and financial records, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your existing policy already contains both of these concepts, and I would keep them. The FTC similarly recommends keeping personal information only as long as there is a legitimate business need for it.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Request deletion of certain personal information

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent

  • Restrict or object to certain uses of your information

  • Opt out of marketing communications

To make a request regarding your personal information, contact us at svukovljak@wingstotransformation.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

These rights are substantially consistent with what you're already promising visitors in your existing policy.

6. Email and Marketing Communications

If you choose to receive marketing communications from Wings to Transformation, we may send you information about coaching services, programs, events, resources, and other relevant updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the communication or by contacting us at svukovljak@wingstotransformation.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to provide something you requested or purchased, such as appointment information, event communications, transaction confirmations, or client related messages.

7. Cookies and Third Party Platforms

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand website traffic and usage, and improve the visitor experience.

You may also interact with Wings to Transformation through third party platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoom, scheduling platforms, payment providers, or other services. Those platforms may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

When Wings to Transformation receives personal information through those platforms, we will handle that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your existing policy already discloses the use of cookies, so I wouldn't eliminate that disclosure.

8. External Websites

Our website, emails, resources, or other communications may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Wings to Transformation does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.

This is essentially the same protection contained in your existing policy, just written more plainly.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, technology, services, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
